Meet Alex! A KokoNut who was unhappy with his lackadaisical lifestyle.
After I started my first job out of college, the meager amount of daily exercise I was already getting dropped down to the occasional weekend walk or hike on a weekend (I was traditionally not much of a gym guy).
After a few months, I realized that I was not happy with how I felt at the end of each day; I felt physically uncomfortable and completely out of shape. I knew I wasn’t going to successfully run my own fitness regimen on my own, so I decided to give Koko a shot.
It ended up working perfectly for me; the time commitment is low enough that it is easy to fit in right after work.
I love the fact that I can do a different workout every day without any extra effort or expense (that’s the real killer feature for me at least). After almost 5 years of going to my local Koko Fitclub, I really appreciate how healthy I feel!
(Looking fit is also a plus, of course!)
Stay Koko Fit!
