How Candy Got Ready For Her Daughter’s Wedding

Strength training is an important factor for your workout routines. Those who focus mainly on cardio miss out on the benefits you receive from strength training and vice versa.

Read about Candy and how she increased her strength  for her daughter’s wedding!

I have always been active but strength training had never been a part of my exercise regimen.

I had considered hiring a personal trainer at 55 years old to alter my routine.

I saw that a friend had liked Koko on Facebook and decided to give it a try. This was a few months before my daughter was to be married and I enjoyed the results Koko gave me and the incentive to try harder through various levels and goals!

I even encouraged my husband to join and he has loved it. I am now closing in on 750,000 Koko points and looked great for the wedding!

Thank you, Koko!
