One of the best decisions you could ever do for your body is getting involved in fitness. Not only does it keep you fit and looking good, it has a wide array of positive effects on your heart, your blood pressure, and various diseases.
Read about how Heidi took control of her condition by taking control of her fitness:
It has been 2 years since I started my Koko journey and my diabetes A1C is perfect!
I had gestational diabetes during my pregnancies and became pre-diabetic after having my three kids.
I am small in size at 5’2 and 100lbs, therefore many wondered why I was even in the gym. I started following a strict high protein and low carb diet and working out at Koko 2-3 times per week and I am officially diabetes free!!!!
I owe it to God and Koko and no doubt I will have to exercise forever to keep diabetes away, but I now enjoy every minute of it!
We are so proud of how far Heidi has come. She is walking proof that fitness is not just about physical appearance! Our members’ commitment is continually inspiring!
Stay Koko Fit!
