Hello Koko Nation!
On the eve of the winter solstice, I’m excited to share with you the latest and greatest Koko Cardio workouts for Winter 2013. The theme for this new group of programs? “Winter Adventure Workout!”
While I’m happy exercising anywhere, winter hikes, snow shoe treks and ski adventures in the great outdoors truly inspire me – so I’ve done my best to bring that inspiration to your Koko Cardio workouts this winter.
Just what are some of the “Winter Adventures” I have in store for you?
Take a hike with me at Barton Springs in Austin, Texas. Conquer a leg of the Appalachian Trail. (I won’t make you tackle the entire 2,180 miles this time around!) Visualize New Hampshire in its winter glory as I guide you through Franconia Notch. And, if you are feeling competitive, strap on the (imaginary) skis with me and we will go all out in a no-holds-barred Cross-Country Ski Race.
This is going to be fun, people. No hibernation in Koko Nation!
