Nearly a decade ago, my husband, Michael Lannon, and I had a vision. We wanted to introduce the world to a more personal, enjoyable and effective way to be fit, combining exercise science with today’s technologies.
All these years later, there is nothing more gratifying than to see that the Digital Gym has become a reality, with tens of thousands of people changing their lives and improving their health at Koko.
So, this Thanksgiving, when I think about all the things for which I am grateful, my list is abundant.
I am grateful to work with a remarkable group of passionate people who share our mission. Their tireless efforts to make a difference are awe-inspiring.
I am thankful for our local club owners and FitCoaches nationwide. They are the ones who support, motivate and inspire our members every day, helping them to make fitness an integral part of their lives.
I am thankful for our members, who invite us into their lives as they set out to be the best they can be, for themselves and those they love. So many times, I’ve been brought to tears by their remarkable stories.
I am thankful for our good health. When I meet members who have beaten diabetes, regained strength after breast cancer treatment, or finally run a road race without pain, I am resolved to keep spreading the word so we can help others overcome their own challenges.
To our members, FitCoaches, club owners and corporate team, I am eternally grateful and honored to be sharing this journey with you. Here’s to a very Happy Thanksgiving.
