Preventing Holiday Hibernation

Koko knows that the average person gains approximately eight pounds throughout the Holiday Season (Thanksgiving to New Years).

That’s why it is so important to keep your Koko mojo going throughout the holidays. It is much easier to maintain a workout routine than it is to stop altogether and pickup in the New Year (with an added 8 pounds o’ fat to lose).

A few tips to help

  • Watch those portion sizes. Portions should be the size of your fist…not your head.
  • When enjoying a few holiday cocktails, try adding a glass of water in between each drink. This will keep you hydrated and help resist the temptation to over-indulge.
  • To help combat the amount of extra calories you may consume, try adding an extra Koko Cardio session or two each week.

Happier Holidays!
